Anti spam check

I'm getting an anti spam check when posting topics. It won't let me change the color of the topic title either.
I don't know if it's happening to anyone else. I've tried Google chrome and Edge. I have cleared my browser cache and cookies.
How do I make this stop?

The message is Please confirm that you are not a spammer by clicking on the save button.

You get that message only once when you register and make first post (at least for me). For topic title go to admin panel - general - messages and emails - configuration and find


And save this.

I have that checked. I did post a new topic and it allowed it but I cannot edit a post I already made.
I'll call this solved for now. If I have anymore issues I will come back.
