On my site, it's called "PSP Info" (my site is the site for me clan Chaotix! on FTB2 for the PSP), so I have a couple custom PSP Info sheets like "Firmware", "FTB2 Clan", and "FTB2 Name", so really, you can make your character sheet anything you want: info for a game, etc.
