A simplyfied version of that is included on your portal, if you would install it (Recent Topic Module).
Its not exactely the same but it provides the same information. Without a portal this feature is not available.

Ohh yes, once again, I rememebr from my old site.

Couldn't I just copy the HTML of the one on the portal and use it on my home page?

That´s not possible, because you can´t get the original html-Code.
The HTML-Code of the module is only available for forumotion´s technicians.
