administration control panel language

hi,
my administration control panel language (+other administration functions) was set to slovene - but suddenly it changed mostly into slovak or czech (I say mostly because it became some mix between english, slovene and slovak/czech ), now I have no idea how to fix it (+new registered members are also receiving registration messages partially in slovene and partially in slovak/czech); otherwise language on forum is ok.

(p.s. and yes, I did set default language to slovene, the only problems are my control panel and admin functions as I don't understand more then half of them anymore...if I could at least set them to english)

so... no solution for this problem? (except learning of slovak or czech language )
