marquee problem Empty marquee problem

I finally got my marquee going.Now, you can only see half of the affilate buttons.Does it have something to do with the code?Its also going across instead of top to bottom.

can you post the full code in that block..probably just need a break. Hard to tell without seeing how you have your code.
