How can I resize avatars all users pls help

I don't know of a way to resize them, but you can restrict the size of the avatars users are able to upload. Go to admin panel->styles->avatars->personal gallery. There you will see a place where you can specify the maximum avatar file size by width and height in pixels. I guess you could just delete all the avatars for users that are too big, and ask them to upload a new one.
