Registrer Empty Registrer

At my forum ppls can just registrer and then they can login no accept from the admin.
How can i accept thier applications?

Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings and look for this option " New accounts activation" and choose Admin then click the save button. Then you will receive an e-mail you have to confirm for every member that registers.

Damn, i got the danish version because im from denmark. Anyway i cant find "users and groups"
I got <Administrationsindex> <Layoutadmin> <Forum> <General admin> <User-admin & group-admins>

Thats what i got in my menu.
