Menu pictures not appearing Empty Menu pictures not appearing

Hello there! I've got a problem. In my skin ( you can see here http://vtoramuza.big-forum.net/index.htm) the menu does not appear correctly. If you can see, the pictures are very small. And their real size is like that: Click. Do you know how can i fix this?
