Are Rated M Game Videos Allowed?

Hello, I was just wondering if a Forumotion staff member could answer this quick question. Am I able to embed a video such as a Grand Theft Auto Video Review video in my forums without violating the TOS?

I'm able to legally obtain these videos from websites such as IGN and Gamespot, which provide viewers with a code to embed their videos on other websites. Before a Rated M (mature) video is able to be viewed, the users must submit their date of birth.
