User cannot Open PM?

hello,

does anybody know why my forum member cannot open they private message? the only Pm they can open is that 1st Welcoming message. so, does anyone know how to fix this or have same problem and manage to fix it already?

fyi, i made forum re-sync just before this problem occur, so i wonder if this thing cause this problem . also im wondering this new function to disallow member to edit own message effect & cause this problem?

Make sure you have enabled the PM feature by go to admin panel --> general setting--> Private message and email checked it to enabled

i think you got me wrong here, Pm is enabledthey can send & recieve PM but seem they can not open their PM message

What do you mean with "can't open" actually? Don't they get the message or do they get an error-message?

what i means here is they can recieve or send PM, but they cannot open that PM they just recieve. seem those PM link just broken or disable.

its nothing to do with error message,
