ads in forum

i dont know suddenly this ads came up in my site. in admin panel also i disable but still is there..



plz tell how do i remove them.. coz i read sumwhere here that ads will not b in any forum now... tx

Go to admin, then at the bottom of the opening screen click 'Old Version' to select the earlier admin panel layout.

>> Down the left, find General>Points Management and select this tab.<<

Locate 'Current Situation' where there's some text regarding banner ads and click the 'No' option, then 'Validate'.

Click the 'Forum Index' link in the left column to return to your forum.

WHERE is point management written in old ver. in general ? and also current situation ???? see..

hello, maybe your not using founder account. that option only show if youre founder of forum

Since the original thread that Travis_Cooper sent you to was written, there's been a change in the title of Points Management to Credits Management.

The work-round in the fix posted does work, (I've had replies from others users saying ok) but you need to look in Credit Management now due to the re-name of this section. Also, like Adiex says, you can only view this if you sign in with original founder/admin account.
