Cursor help

I saw the tutorail for changing cursor. I want to use Javascript cursor . Tried the tutorial but seems not to be working properly .

One more question--> I already added one code for "right click diabled > and added it in Description of my webpage . But now i think its not got enough space to fit another code properly like for the cursor one.
