My forum URL is www.rsforum.niceboard.org but nobody can't do new user..
Could someone help me with this problem? Crying or Very sad

Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and make sure that both "Forum in construction" and " Forum on holiday" options are turned off. If they are go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings and look for this option "Allow new members" and choose Yes then click the Save button.
