Hiya can some one tell me how to add a news box like this one on this forum near the top http://www.towerstimesforum.co.uk/ And how to add it to my forum I cant seem to find anything like it anywhere! Thanks Zak

Advanced -> General -> Homepage -> Welcome Message

Topic Title: News (or whatever you want to call it)

and then you can add text.
