When you get template editing, do you also get the option to edit language.php?

Sorry, no you can't edit any of the language files. I have the template editing and I have edited enough to know if you can or not.

If there are problems with the language packs, make a topic and title it, "(Your Language) pack/file problem.

Then describe the problems.
