cant upload a theme Empty cant upload a theme

i have just downloaded a theme for my forum, but i dont know how to upload a theme.
i know i must go to styles-management-then import but i dont know what i should import.

you can only upload file that has .bbtheme extension Confused

Hitskin.com is the only theme service provider for forumotion forums.
