Probably it's already possible with CSS, but a link to your forum would be helpful. Otherwise, please provide me with the forum version you are using (check in: "Styles / Change Version").

Well, ok, that didn't help that much because only registered users can see the posts, but at least I now know you are using phpBB v2.

Generally, phpBB2 is not that much design-friendly as version 3, but you can try this code below - paste it in the textfield in "Styles / Colors / CSS Stylesheet" and hit submit:

.post .row1, .post .row2{border-top:1px solid #000000}

The color hex code can of course be modified... Paste it in and see if it does what you wanted. Smile
