text color code

hello..
is there any code that allows different member has different text color?
i mean, the member can choose it by themselves when they customize their profile..

You can use <FONT COLOR="(COLOUR)"> TEXT </FONT>

For example, red could be:

<FONT COLOR="Red"> Hi </FONT>

But if a member tried it, no they couldn't.

yeah i tried that but sometimes people make mistake when they type it..
