Caches and Cookies Empty Caches and Cookies

Sunny_D told me that fixing the problem of logging in as Admin could be solved by deleting the caches and cookies that involve the Internet... but I don't know which ones those are! Help me!

delete all cookies and all caches, and that's it...
if you use firefox, just go the tools>clear private data> check cookies and cache> click clear private data now
