Hiding Forums Empty Hiding Forums

Hi, is it possible to hide forums into the category by using a java script that enables to minimize the forum into the category that will let people click on this

Hiding Forums Exp_minus

and when its minimized, it can be maximized...

Is this possible?

It something to do with a java code with,
