More staff

this site needs more staff members so that questions get answered faster

Don't know if it needs more staff. It does seem the staff seem to be in one timezone. Although I do believe that a couple are on different one.

As to more staff, what kind of staff do you think this site needs?

most of staff were living in europe & US, so nobody watching on asian prime time because mostly of them are sleepin at that time..

so well, i think we need 1 or 2 staff from east so they can covered timezone gap ..

The staff in the forum seem to be good enough already =]

We are on different timezones

we have staff for the US.. lots in europe and I represent the middle and far east europe timezone.
I think the staff list is just fine .... too many cooks spoil the broth

no it not fine. sorry, but staff are so rare on my timezone. honestly I dont like to spam on this forum but i dont have choice because there is so many forumotion user from east that shout for help when nobody there to answer they problem.

Maybe some common member can answer they problem based on each knowledge but its wont bring good because its lack of credibilty. I mean not all will believe a common member word, but if he/she is moderator they will satisfy with it.

i understand of all staff work hard but they also human.. need life & space for private thing.. so they cant online here 24/7. thats why your need more manpower to cover up this community.

so, im urgently beg your attention to promote any member from east to become moderator here. i dont mind who is it, as long as he is got good knowledge & really active on this forum. Im already tired of countless problem that ask here remain un-solved.

and we don't need to be staff to help people right?

I agree. I live here in New Zealand (GMT+12) and it seems there are never any staff on. So I am all for the idea of more staff.

then hire more staff, i dont want to tell what forumotion have to do here, but your forum seriously lack of support. i dont say that current moderators are not good on they job now but seem they cant answer that much.

i mean how many active moderator right now? maybe 3-4 person compare with hundred or maybe thousand problem that members post every day. the gap between moderator per members are too much and your really need to reduce it by hiring more staff.

im sure there is more than good members here willing to help up your guys on support thing.

Need more staff in the GMT+10/12 timezone.

The staff is fine but they need more around time to help but they have jobs i bet they would be glad to help out but they have outside jobs to but they may need different timezone staff, it may help.

I agree. I wouldn't want to wait 24 hours before a mod or admin could help me. Even though I live in the U.S.A., I can understand that Asian people, and people in different time zones could use some people in there's. The mods now are doing a fine job, it's just they're not going to be typing stuff at 2 am!

I think that there are enough staff as of now and they are doing a pretty good job of keeping the forum organized

yea i agree there are enough staff members and they are doing a great job...
although it's not easy to find good staffs

The organization is fine, the response time is not, but that is probably aimed at the techs. There seems to be alot of heartburn over technical issues that seem to go unanswered for too long (with the exception of various non-staff forumation supporters), and that can't be ignored.

That's a good question, Kilsek. I wonder what is happening with the Site Analysts section, and when it will be implemented here. I will inquire further about that when Caihlem returns.
