How can i add mod. and tags

well i added 2 mods groups 1 will be limited and 1 ultimate the ultimate i want the ppl in it to be moderators in this list when u go admin panel -> user & groups -> Special Users

Users with private messaging disabled :


and i want to know how to add tags
for example [php][/php] [lua][/lua]
and all of them if they find a certain world it should color it and make some of these words bold.

do the exact same to add administrator.
