Problem with the button Empty Problem with the button

i have a problem with the button Private Message, the button can't see it only that members who have a New Message, the other ones who did not have a new message, thay CAN see it the button

someone know what's the problem?

in the theme section you probably forgot to upload an image for new messages Razz
