Backup Export ?

I'm running an alliance for the game Travian (www.travian.com) and am in the process of creating a Meta alliance (alliances all working together as one) and would like to merge all of our forums into one. The reason for this is so the members don't have to re-register (imagine asking 400+ people all to re-register for something), and so we don't lose all of our important posts.

I can grab all of this information if I could get a backup of my current forum http://suddenadrenaline.nstars.org but the backup feature in the admin panel doesn't allow for export. Would I be allowed to get a copy or is that against forumotion rules?

Sorry but you can't export the database.

would I be able to get someone to extract the information I need to import the registrations into a different database?
