I used skin Gold Garden (Like this forum:http://movodanh.forumotion.com ) But this skin was deleted. Now how can i use this skin Sad(

you can't
if you have it still installed on your site currently you can export it and use it again later.
If its not your active theme and its no longer on hitskin then the theme is gone
