I mean will I get the profit ? cuz even without me signning up tor adsense it will show the ads , lot of members here had that , ads showing up pn their forums

You can make the ads appear or dissappear however with such things like adsense They add it to your site and yes you do make money from it, i have managed to use the money i made off my blog with ad sense to purchas domains, storage etc
