Hi

1- Go to your Control painel -> Users & Groups -> User settings -> Allow HTML: Yes

2- Inside the fórum go to -> Profile -> Preferences -> Always allow HTML: Yes

After this you can see below the text box the field "Disable HTML in this post"
exemple:
How To Activate HTML In the Posts?? Untitl99
