Uploading A Theme Empty Uploading A Theme

I keep having a problem with uploading a theme. I will get the file, like from phpbb-design.com and ill upload it, then it says "Upload Ended" and then I cant get it? Or is there something I'm not doing..

i beleive you need to up load the theme components individual
ie .. 'upload' the CSS via the theme import option,

your theme images, then can be uploaded and changed via the 'Logo and Pictures' portion of your ACP
