Making people have stars by thier name

ok how do i make people have stars and a few words just above thier avy ?

what exactly do you mean by avy?,
the stars you were saying is about the ranks

so how do i do it

go to -administrators panel- at the buttom of your forum

then click it to advance mode first in order to view all the configuration
next is go to users tabs,
and click on the ranks, create ranks by providing there post limit name it and save it
