sorry to bother u but is there anyway i can put a members posts on pending... so i can see them and approve them before the whole site sees them.

its just we have a member who posted something not nice and i would like to be sure it wont happen again without having to deactivate her account... as she may need support from the forum in time.

This isn't possible right now, that is why you need moderators to find those posts quickly.
