Text in editing/posting box appears in code!

Hello everyone I need help on this.

Every time I write a post and do preview, or do edit on a previous post, on the editing box my post shows all unformatted and using the code like <BR /> in line breaks and such. How can I get to see on the box things normally?

just make sure that the WYSIWYG feature is activated.

admin panel>>>> general>>> configuration

then when you edit and you see the "codes", just click the button

I do have the WYSIWYG mod activated, but I don't have that A/A button anywhere.
