Can we PLS get help this year? Want to start RPG game

There is nothing in the admin panel that permits us to activate the RPG game.
We did check display character sheet(checkmarked yes)and that did not work either.

There is nothing set up to activate the RPG.Yep,you can set it up;but that's as far as you can go with it.

Nothing in admin panel at all.
We need help!!!
The character sheets are showing in profile etc.but that's about it.
Hoping for a reply soon!!!!! We want to get started soon!!!!

We tried everything several times until we just didn't have the patience for it anymore.
We did exactly as it was supposed to be done-but it's difficult to activitate when there's nothing provided to do so!
