i noticed on this forum here you have a report post to admin or mdoerator how do i make that avlaible on my forum and where will there complaint go to ? like pm or something

admin > general > scroll to the bottom and click report configuration.

You will see a small icon in posts allowing members to click and report abuse.

depending on your forum the icon might be different
go to admin panel / general/ reports/ configuration and check members
