change layout

how can i change layout of portal?

Portal is fairly easy to change, for the basics you can change the column widths, plus the location of each block.

First, go to the portal management at admin>modules>portal & calendar>portal pages management. On the Portals Pages List, click structure to show all active blocks and each block will have some direction arrows to allow you to shift a block either up, down or to another column.
Alternatively, click the modify icon (might be a symbol), to change the column widths, either as a % or by pixels.
A short navigation round the Portal Management will show the few other settings available too.
