Poll in the Portal Empty Poll in the Portal

I'm having trouble.
How do i change the poll that is in my portal? I've done it once, but can't for the life of me remember how i did it!

Admin Panel > Modules > Portal Management > Structure > Click on the Poll in the Portal Editer button on the "Polls" widget > Change Poll > Save
