E-Mail Activation

Some user complaining that they did not receive any activation e-mail why?

i signed up to your site, but i never got my activation email

I activated you already.

Be sure you have enabled members can activate the account themselves. To activate this feature, please follow the steps provided below:

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > User Settings (left-hand column) > "New accounts activation" > User > Save

Done. Your members should now receive an email asking them to activate the account they have just created.

I just registered, checked my email, and I successfully received the activation email. I have now activated my account and logged in. All is well.

I also have a problem. It is chosen that the User does an activation. But when I have a new member he does not get an activation e mail... and I get him in my INACTIVE USERS listing. So I have to activate them myself. Though I put User manual activation option???

Please help.
