Preference settings of avatars and signatures

I have a forum.

I go to Profile > Preferences.

How do I turn on these opinions for myself and my members?

Don't show other users' avatars. Tick Yes or Tick No
Don't show other users' signatures. Tick Yes or Tick No
Return to topics after posting by default. Tick Yes or Tick No
