My forum was deleted under new domain name

I bought a new domain name for a 2nd site here and it was working. Now I see it says that I deleted it under my name on the 14th. I did not do a delete. I can still get in the forum through the long original name. Is there a problem? Did I do something wrong?
forum address was http://shopathomemafia.com
I can pull it up under http://workathomemafiashops.forummotion.com

ammm are you sure that the second link was your original forum?
its just maybe the same name as your forum but not exactly it was unless if the admin was you on that link...

im just concluding this about the first link you mentioned, it maybe when you change domain name you did not confirmed the new domain name had changed into the new one, means the new domain was still not activated or had become the new dns...

well in this case you need to check your e-mail first to see all transaction you have done lately because i think you change domain name or password it will be notified through your e-mail... and if not contact there costumer support Wink

I can open the original name (the forummotion one) and I had used the new one for a day or so and then it just stopped working and says it does not work. But it says in my admin screens that I deleted it.

As for the company names, those are all of my affiliate sites that I have. I just need an answer to why is it missing. Did I miss a step? I have the email that is was purchased and would be activated and it did. Now it is gone. Help???
