Saving My Threads

hello all...

I have very important information on my forums and it is quite impossible for me to manually save every post and thread. Is it possible to get a full backup of my forum? I can save my theme but that isnt important at all.

If not is there another way to do it, without going to every thread individually and copy pasting into a text file or somthing.

p.s. iv done a search for this, but down nothing .

Forumotion creates daily backups of your forum that are stored on their servers. You have no options to save them yourself, but you can log into the utilities and use the backup points to restore your board to a specific day in the past. There are about 8 backup points, some for the last days while others go back several months.
