Navigation Buttons & a Rank

Greetings,

I would like to request the following Navigation Buttons for the following links

Button Texts:
Portal
Home
P.M
New P.M [Flashing Gray]
FAQ
Search
Memberlist
Log In
Logout
Usergroups

All Buttons should be well looking with the rest of the forum (www.s5ela.ace.st) Or Light Blue, Blue, White.
The New PM should be animated fading and coming back up

The Buttons should be around : High : 21 [Standard]
Width : 73 - 107 [ Depends on text] Please try to make them all the same. If FAQ is smaller than Usergroups use some (space) [exapmple : [ FAQ ]

Or write Usergroups with Smaller Letters

And One last thing :
A Rank Bar like Navigation Buttons & a Rank Member

but Saying S5Ela Member

You don't have to hurry. I made them my self. I am just posting here for the talented persons as Jalokim }{e-man and Brandon05 and hellboy and others that I don't know. Just if you want to do it do it.
