help needed on avatars,skins

i am new and just made a forum i need to know more about :-
Skins, avatars, ranks, smileys, folder image
whenever i click the link to it, they say it has been removed is there is someother place where i can get instructions so that i can get members avatar in the portal page??

i would also like to rank my members by the no. of posts they make in my forum,if possible

Ranking your members like that, you would have to manually do it, for the administrators are the only ones. There is no auto-ranking for post count, but I wish there was.

As for your other problem, I simply do not no.
