How to Display User progress status

Is there any way to display users progress status, I looked everywhere but I couldn't find it. It looks like this:

no, there is not a way... . but there is something similar --> create personalized profile, go to
acp --> users&groups --> users --> profiles --> Create a personalized profile (click) --> a bar (the last option) --> progress (name and description) --> Obligatory - no --> preview - This field is displayed in writers’ profile and in the members’ profile page ---> Modification - administrators
now you can change progress manually for any user
