Member's password

One of my members lost there password and i need to see it. But I don't know how. So, where do you see a members password?

you cant find the password because that will be in the database and you cant get in there you can change it for your member thats about it

You can only change their password. You seem a bit suspicous to me asking how to find out their password when you can just change it for them.

He (I think) is correct. If you look at the users profile, you have the option to change their password. Then, you can simply tell them their password through e-mail.
