New forum experiencing 'white paging'

Hello one and all.

I've made a new forum about a week ago, through forumotion.
At least once a day, if not each second day, my site 'white pages' where all that comes up, is a white page. Sometimes I can't even get in, no white page at all, it just times out.

Why is this happening?
My computer is very secure, and it's not just me experiencing this either, other members experience the same thing as I do.

It's becoming very frustrating, I'd like to know why this happens and if there is anyway I can avoid it happening again?

Any ideas or suggestions would be fantastic, thank you!

Ive been running my forum for months and this has just started happening to me too. It's seems to have started when i changed my forum template. Im also gettng a problem where if i go to my picture gallery, then try to return to the topic pages, im being told "This Forum as no Topics". (this only happens though from the gallery pages) It could be something to do with the new template i think.

I don't have any picture galleries or anything as yet, I'm still in very early days so only have topics/forums going at the moment.

We had this problem for the first month our forum was up. Here is the thread about it:

I was getting white pages up to 8 times a day. It was maddening. Time outs also happened occasionally. They moved our thread over to tech and no more was said about it. But a couple of weeks later, the problem stopped--at least until the server started going down the last couple of weeks. I think they fixed my problem and just did not say anything. I'm not sure.

The forum is ok at the moment, it only happens periodically.
It can be fine for most of the day, and then bam, white paging again, sometimes for a few moments, sometimes for much much longer.

It concerns me most that when i come out of the Forum Gallery as i just have done, ive got yet again "The board has no forums"

Does seem to be a problem with this new pbb3 template, or whatever you call it. happening more and more.

Does this happen to anybody else.

My forum has had no downtime what-so-ever. scratch

This isnt downtime im talking about here. My forum is still up and running when this happens. Its almost as if the link back to the forum boards dont work from the gallery pages. Well, not everytime anyway. another problem i have with the gallery too is this. i have my forum so people can take a look at the topics without login in. if they go to the gallery first though as a guest, then click on my forum button, to view the forum, it takes them to the login page, so they cant browse.

These are very strange faults on both counts as it does'nt do it all the time, just somedays and not others.
