I think members on our forums should be able to lock their own topics. Say if they requested something and it got done, they can lock it.

I guess I'm fine with this, but of course it would have to be something we can toggle on/off from the Admin panel because I don't know that I want regular members doing that.

I vote yes, as long as the option can be toggled on/off via the Admin Panel as already said, and once the member locks the thread, it cannot be unlocked by the member again. This is to prevent abuse of the feature.
