Sos Blog???

I wanted to know why it is not currently possible to register on the SOS blog site? I put it here because it has nothing to do with forums.

I am guessing you are talking about the Forum of Blogs?

It looks like the site is fairly new, so the Admin might still be working on it.

Yes Dragonfir, Typlo is Admin there and has probably disabled any further new members at the Blog forum while working on updating things there at this time.

ok. I was just starting a blog and I wanted to know if there was any help I could receive or give there.

Why do people use these? They stink to tell ya the truth. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the banner on then and you cant edit the templates.

always has something to do with template editing. what did you do before that update came out huh kilsek?

I just created a new blog there too Kilsek, and I agree it would be nice if we could edit it more to our own liking, maybe that is what typlo is working on ,maybe. Who knows, but that would be a cool update, I think.

Last fall, I was about to help Beniguane and Typlo in building the forums of the blogs, but some events happened (trouble on the french side + demotivation on the FOTF + health issues) then I decided to retire.

In my opinion, it's because it's summer holiday... Typlo is gone for 2 weeks, so TheGodfather comes here meanwhile... There are some staff members who are away too... so because the staff is limited, and the english sosblog forum has not many members, they preferred to close the forum (I guess)

From what I have been told in the past:
"The forum system and the blog system are part of the same company, but will not be linked together for various reasons"

Reasons which they never deemed necessary to explain
On a side note of "humor", on the French equivalent, the whole "forum" staff was automatically made "blog" staff
