    You can't remove it, but you can shorten it. Go to your Admin Panel, then click on the General Tab. Along the left hand side panel you will see a link that says "Messages & Emails". Click on it. Find where it says "Topics title length:" and change the minimum to "0", then click on Save. Your topics now no longer require a title.
