Is it possible to have an SSL Certificate on my forum
I was wondering if it was possible to have an SSL certificate on my forum. I have a forum of kids and parents are requesting this.

No - and if parents are asking about this they don't know what they're talking about.
Secure Socket Layer is a Data transmission protocol for transmitting sensitive material, like credit card info and the like. They require server side access, which you cannot get on a free host.
