How can i make just a mod have https://2img.net/i/itest/ranks/stars/stars8.gif < that pic? Instead he has one based on how many post he has?!

Administration panel>User & Groups>Search users>Then click the name of the moderator>At the botom of the page you can see : Rank Title Then you chose Moderator (but at first you have to create that rank).
