How I can set subforum like this?

I don't think that's PhbBB
So it's impossible, unless you used hyperlinks that take you to a hidden forum, i suppose you could do it.

Well actually you can:

make a table code and inssert all the links to your subforums in it and add it to the main forum the you have the subforums attached to.

Be sure you do not have the subforums and icons visable in the admin panel.
